    If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, to the extent permitted by law. Arbitration will take place in Pennsylvania unless the parties agree otherwise.

    Class Action Waiver

    To the extent permitted by law, disputes subject to arbitration will be resolved individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

    Exceptions

    Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief concerning infringement or misuse of intellectual-property rights.

    Nothing in this section restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
