Shipping policy

  1. Overview — FortressNova is owned and operated by Windward Ventures LLC. This policy explains how orders placed on fortressnova.com are shipped.

  2. Costs — All orders ship free. There are no shipping charges at checkout and no hidden fees; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Safes ship via freight carrier with free curbside delivery. The carrier delivers to your curb or driveway; indoor placement is not included.

  3. Timing — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit takes 3–7 business days. Total delivery time is 4–9 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Freight deliveries of safes are scheduled with you by phone and may require a delivery appointment. If an item needs extra time, its product page will say so, and that notice overrides this general timing.

  4. Destinations — We ship free to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes that do not accept carrier delivery.

  5. Fulfillment and Carriers — Orders are fulfilled through established U.S.-based suppliers and distribution partners. Parcels ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers; safes ship via LTL freight carriers. Every shipment includes tracking, emailed when your order ships, and is insured against loss or damage.

  6. Delivery Issues — If delivery exceeds 9 business days, contact support@fortressnova.com or 570-230-7469. If a package is marked delivered but not received, confirm your address, check with neighbors or building management, and then contact us so we can initiate a trace.

  7. Damaged or Missing Items — Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. For freight deliveries, please note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. We will arrange a prepaid return label or freight pickup and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for additional information.

  8. Address Accuracy — Please enter your address carefully. If a package is returned because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment fees may apply.
